I have a 12 " marble scuplture of a woman in the Italian style signed "Made in Itali C. Rossi" Who is he?

The sculpture seems to be old, very well carved with nice detail. It is a "bust" carved from just below the shoulders up. She has a full covering on her head, and a pensive, downward gaze...quite beautiful. I would like to find some history about her, if you know anything about the sculptor or the genre in general.

I have just done a Web research and the only Italian sculptor that I found, whose first name begins with a "C" and whose last name is "Rossi" is "Camillo Rossi" (aka "Giancamillo Rossi").

He worked in theaters as actor, director, scenographer, and marionette builder.
He became famous mainly for his marionettes, but only in Italy.
By the way I think it is quite weird that it is written "Made in Itali" but not the year. It looks more typical of industrial products than of works of art.
